Dag 8.."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Idag har jag inga bilder p\u00e5 frukost, lunch och middag, men d\u00e4remot fr\u00e5n k\u00f6ket d\u00e4r vi f\u00e5r testa att laga mat. \ud83d\ude42<br \/><br \/>Dagen b\u00f6rjade med en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning om matval, hur vi v\u00e4ljer vad vi skall \u00e4ta och varf\u00f6r typ. Efter det blev det lite f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning och undervisning i den sk. Diabetesgruppen d\u00e4r man f\u00e5r l\u00e4ra sig lite mer ing\u00e5ende om diabetes och hur man kan agera f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla den i schack s\u00e5 att s\u00e4ga. Det \u00e4r ju bra mycket mer \u00e4n en sjukdom som g\u00f6r att man ska \u00e4ta mindre socker kan man v\u00e4l s\u00e4ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter lunchen var det dags att laga mat igen med vikthanteringsgruppen, idag stod det squashpl\u00e4ttar p\u00e5 menyn. De huvudsakliga ingredienserna var squash, mor\u00f6tter, l\u00f6k, \u00e4gg, keso och grahamsmj\u00f6l vilket man r\u00f6rde ihop till en smet.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gunnarsson.biz\/pictures_blogg\/0_2026\/20260323\/smeten.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Den smeten klickade man sedan ut i stekpannan p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 &#8221;pl\u00e4ttarna&#8221; blev frasiga p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor.<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gunnarsson.biz\/pictures_blogg\/0_2026\/20260323\/stekpannan.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag och min Co-pilot vid spisen blev t\u00e4mligen n\u00f6jda med v\u00e5ra sm\u00e5 m\u00e4sterverk, dock vet vi inget om hur dom smakar \u00e4nnu. \ud83d\ude00 Dom skulle frysas in och tas med hem, och vi hade ju nyss \u00e4tit lunch och var v\u00e4l inte s\u00e5 speciellt hungriga eller ens sugna p\u00e5 n\u00e5got k\u00e4k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter matlagningen tog jag en h\u00e5ltimme fram till middagen (Hoppade \u00f6ver styrketr\u00e4ningen idag p.g.a ont i ryggen), och efter den s\u00e5 hade vi temagruppm\u00f6te (Vikthantering) och svarade p\u00e5 lite fr\u00e5gor kollektivt som vi blivit ombedda om sent f\u00f6rra veckan.<br \/>Imorgon v\u00e4ntar &#8221;r\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning&#8221; kl.07.15, jag hoppas ryggen blivit b\u00e4ttre d\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klockan \u00e4r nu 19.45, over and out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag har jag inga bilder p\u00e5 frukost, lunch och middag, men d\u00e4remot fr\u00e5n k\u00f6ket d\u00e4r vi f\u00e5r testa att laga mat. \ud83d\ude42 Dagen b\u00f6rjade med en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning om matval, hur vi v\u00e4ljer vad vi skall \u00e4ta och varf\u00f6r typ.
